How do I return my order?
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges.
In-store purchases
If you purchased in-store, please contact Ellie Patel directly and they can assist you with a refund or exchange. You can find the contact information for the Makery you purchased from here. -

Online purchases
Delivery orders
If you placed your order online (www.ElliePatel.shop), please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product. We will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your order!
- Photos of the package and the damaged product are required. For quicker resolution, please include these photos when contacting our team.
- ElliePatel.shop is not responsible for replacements or refunds if the package was delivered to the correct address but was stolen at the delivery location.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable if you paid for shipping on the original order.
Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store
If you placed a Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store order, please contact the Ellie Patel who fulfilled your order directly for assistance or to inquire about a refund.

What happens if I enter an incorrect address?
Please double check that your delivery information (address, unit, postal code, etc.) is correct before checking out. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.
ElliePatel.shop is not responsible if the item is delivered to the wrong address due to customer reasons or auto-fill errors. Items will not be refunded or exchanged.

Where does ElliePatel.shop ship to?
Currently we can only ship to the continental United States. We are very much looking forward to expanding our shipping area in the near future! Stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost for my order?
Our standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $9.99.

What should I do if my liquid laundry soap freezes?
Unfortunately, freezing can occur during shipping. Whether the product is scented or not, its quality and effectiveness will not be affected. Simply allow the soap to thaw naturally at room temperature, shake gently once completely thawed, and you are ready to use.
